T minus 2 hours

Oh my goodness. We are two hours away from my egg retrieval! It’s 7:00am, and my appointment is for 9:00. I wanted to post a quick blog now, because I’m not sure how I’ll be feeling when we get home. They will put me under with anesthesia for the procedure and I’m supposed to rest for the remainder of the day. Right away, we’ll know how many eggs they were able to retrieve, and we’re so excited. We’re praying for lots of eggs that are really good quality.
Please pray for us, the doctors and nurses and all the little eggs and spermies to make good, healthy embryos.
